seattle weddings ~ hotel 1000 ~ shabnam & stephen
shab and steve…known as “stab” are about 37 kinds of awesome. their wedding day at the hotel 1000 in downtown seattle was not only BEAutiful, but also really calm…the weather was calm, the couple was calm and a lovely day was had by all…
megan and blanca with offwhite did an amazing job…as seen by mom’s reaction to shab…
shab had a ton of extra petals….so why not?
i love how steve would steal little touches and occasionally just kiss her hand for no reason…
the shot above was homage to a similar shot (and a friend fave) from their engagement session…
elements in bloom did such a pretty set up…and have i mentioned my love of the “billy ball” before? i LOVED the bouquets…
yeah…the billy balls are awesome.
annemarie’s ceremony was filled with laughs, personal touches and i think shab might have almost started to tear up but i’m not tellin’…
the chicks from a kurant event not only did an amazing job actualizing the vision of the entire day, but they really kept an easy pace for the day and were SO delightful to work with – aces in my book!
the 1st dances were a touch of traditional and a sweet splash of fun…shab wanted to dance with her mom a bit so steve ‘cut in’ on her father and finished the dance with him…awesome.
steve’s folks were celebrating their 30th anniversary too and took dance lessons without anyone knowing…the look of shock on sister liz was priceless…
tony schwartz kept that dance floor full and pumpin’…steve even did the ‘dougie’…super fun night and wonderful day!
