cascade garden wedding in yakima – kelsey and kit!

kit and kelsey…and griswold.  this couple and their four-legged baby had the most amazing wedding day at cascade garden in yakima.  the weather was brilliant, the entire group of people just reeked of awesome, k & k are super cool and the pup…well, you’ll see…

kelsey decided to have some of her besties hang out and get their hairs did together – i showed up near the tail end to snag some of their fun and join in on the toasting…

cascade garden is beeeeeautiful – i especially love how they have incorporated strings of cafe lights throughout – dig that bokeh behind the fall leaves – yummy right?!

i loved that we had time to walk the entire grounds together for portraits – not having a wedding party can be awesome…just saying (insert sheepish grin here)

griswold is such a sweet pea – completely food motivated (just like me) and happy to give his papa smooches…

kit’s uncle officiated for them – great guy with a great sense of humor…

so kelsey might not have had bridesmaids, but her ‘crew’ was in full force….solange inspired

that kid’s furrowed brow stole my heart…

kit made all of these different brews and named each with griswold in mind – they were a huge hit!

so each table was named after an animal and each place had that animal figurine with some chukar cherries…the coolest part was that instead of just releasing tables to the buffet by name, the dj played a song that made reference to each animal and so the entire group would be in on figuring out which table was up next!

i am in love with her engagement ring!

a little shoe game, good grub, some sweet toasts (kelsey’s dad had just about everyone in tears) and then it was party on!

they had a late night snack of kelsey’s favorite mc d’s – a yummy way to end a very yummy day!
