i see you, now you see me! Hi there - I'm Jenny.  Just a couple things about me...

  • I have an unhealthy, but happy relationship with caffeine and ice cream.
  • I am a total insomniac and I get a ton of work done at 3 a.m.
  • I have the coolest 3 1/2 year-old on the planet.
  • One of my dogs sucks her thumb.
  • Your photos are not about me or my 'art'.  I believe my job is to show your awesomeness.
  • There isn't one aspect of my job that I don't like.  I even feel weird calling it a 'job' sometimes.

I think it's important that you not only like your photographer's work, but that you actually like your photographer.

Megan & Joe are super sweet - they just moved downtown and we got to hang out around the market as well as heading up to the UW (their old stomping grounds)...the library was closed when we got there though - a total bummer, but we still had some big fun together.  Their wedding next Spring will be so lovely - can't wait!  Here are some faves from our time together...

i see engagements ~ Amy & Shawn ~ Seattle Wedding Photographer

I met Shawn & Amy at the foot of Queen Anne on a gorgeous Wednesday afternoon - they met at Ozzie's bar and although we didn't stay for happy hour, they wanted to get a few shots outside commemorating their first encounter.  We then hopped in the car and headed down to Discovery Park for a walk along the beach.  It was so beautiful down there - here are a few of my faves...

i see engagements ~ Billierose & Preston ~ Seattle Wedding Photographer

I just about squealed when Billierose & Preston walked outside of their apartment building early last week to meet me - how excited was I to be greeted by this hot couple in their hot pinkness!  We headed over to a local park where they met almost 14 years ago..you read that right - they have been together 14 years and are tying the knot next month.  We headed over to the local Boys & Girls club where their romance blossomed and then headed down to the Seattle Center to catch some purple rays (loved that reflection!)  We ended our evening up at Kerry Park, where it seemed the majority of the city was hanging out too.  Thanks for a great afternoon B & P - you guys are wonderful...

My children, Dana and Tiffany, grew up with B&P and we have great memories of the Boys & Girls Club days and overall neighborhood. Hey Jenny,
We absolutely LOVE our photos. We don't have a favorite because we love all of them. Our family and friends love them as well. Many of them have said that these are the best engagement pictures that they have ever seen. WOW!!! I am a little biased, but I must say that I agree....LOL...

The best part about it is that we had such a great time doing them. I thought Preston was going to be shy but he wasn't....You're just SUPERB in so many ways and have the ability to make even the shyest person feel comfortable in front of the camera.

To say the least, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!
