This wedding marked the end of what I've been lovingly calling the "bitchin' triad" of friends...first was Erin & Dustin last October, then Serena & Mike on New Year's and now all the awesomeness of Heidi & Aaron.

I'm totally in love with Terra Bella, totally loved the details that they selected for their wedding and when you see the way that Aaron looks at Heidi...LOVE!

Aaron's vows to Heidi were so amazing...so sweet, so many tears from so many folks (me included) and Heidi's reaction was just as touching...

Trophy Cupcakes provided the yumminess - Aaron & Heidi didn't do a formal 'cake cutting', but still gave each other a quick bite while we took a few last photos out by the fence...such a sweet day.

Engagement Photography ~ Pioneer Square & Alki Beach ~ Leslie & Chad

Chad and Leslie were totally fun to hang out with.  Leslie's smile puts you at ease immediately and I have two photos at the end of this post that display Chad's level of cool...he's the first groom to not only point out the guy peeing in the alley, but also to allow an engagement ring shot staring his nose.  Suffice it to say that I'm totally looking forward to their Orcas island wedding later this year.  Totally.

Wedding Photography ~ Portland ~ Hannah & Ed

You might remember Hannah & Ed from their super fun engagement session here in Seattle, but I got to head south to Portland for their beautiful backyard wedding a few weeks ago.  Hannah's love of all things vintage and Ed's love of all things Hannah made for a completely amazing wedding day!  So many great details...all of which were created by the couple, their family or their friends.  A true labor of love!

The awesome Jen Wade accompanied me for the day and on the way back home we stopped by Voodoo Donuts - we waited an hour for the maple bacon bar and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.  The whole trip was amazing - thank you SO much Hannah & Ed for letting me be a part of your wonderful day!

this was the most fun i've ever had in/around/on the way to/on the way from portland... an awesome road trip with rockin music and unnecessarily loud and obnoxious singing... (that will forever be 'our song'), super cool and fun wedding... an amazingly long line for donuts that were actually completely worth it... all that AND my bff. could not have been any better. can not wait for more!!
