Leslie and Chad's wedding day was simply one of the most beautiful days ever. It was my first time to Orcas Island and I was worried about not making the ferry, so Jen and I headed out shortly after dawn to get on the first of two possible ferries. It was great getting there so early - we had a nice lazy breakfast, drove up to the highest point on the island to check out the view and spent some time chillin' with the fearless deer that wander in front of the resort.
Leslie was just getting started on makeup and hair when we arrived...I loved the hairstyle she chose...
Did I mention how much I loved Leslie's hair??
We had their first look on a private lawn below their ceremony site...Chad was so cute - as Leslie approached, he shouted "I can hear you!"...

Off to take some family photos and the ceremony on the cliff...SO beautiful!
After the ceremony, we got to play on their leaf-covered patch of grass a little before heading to the reception...
yeah, totally digging the hair...
great details throughout...and churros for dessert? oh yeah...
Chad and his mom danced to a little Michael Jackson...loved it...
big fun.

Kyle and Theresa's wedding day was a little windy, a little rainy, but had a ton of sweet moments and great details...I started my day with the ladies getting ready and Theresa's four-legged baby...
We had their first look out in the courtyard...
Before the ceremony started, the ladies headed back to the bride's room - I love the anticipation during this time of the wedding day...
After the ceremony, T & K chilled out for a few before heading into their reception...I'd want to kick off my shoes too...
Erin of Lindeman Weddings & Events did an awesome job with their details - the little birds not only told you what table to sit at, but it was also filled with chocolate!
amazing meal...fun toasts...
the chest bump was an homage to their engagement session...
