I had some big fun and got some well needed exercise with Ahmed & Lupe the other day at Meadowdale park in Edmonds.  For those of you that haven't had the pleasure of this jaunt, we're talking a path that feels pretty much straight down and the only way back is back up...pant, pant, pant...wheeze...  Just kidding, it was totally fun and Ahmed & Lupe are so sweet.

i love how the trail opens up to the ocean after going under the tunnel. climbing the stairs can be tiresome, but make for awesome photos!
