Erica & Audrey are completely made of awesome. Their wedding was the coolest and hottest (it was pretty toasty out in Snohomish last Friday!) - so many photos that I'm in love with - beautiful people, amazing ink - so much love shared amongst friends and family out at Craven Farms. We put a spin on the 'reveal' - Erica and Audrey came out of their respective doors simultaneously to see each other at the same time...
After their sweet first look, we headed out for some portraits - every person in their wedding was so fun individually so as a group?!? Yeah, big fun.
The ceremony was wrought with emotion and symbolism with the wishbone being at the center of the day (Jen Wade even caught a wishbone in the sky - she'll blog it I'm sure). I heard gasps when Audrey appeared with her Pa and the look on Erica's face made me tear up more than once...
The party was no exception when it came to emotion - immediately after their first dance together (choreographed I might add!), the entire wedding party broke out into a surprise square dance! The toasts were many and each one unique and heartfelt - Audrey's mom even serenaded the new couple! Once the dancing started, everyone totally let loose and some of them could really bust a move - I loved it when the 'Michael Jackson' moves started flowing! They had Trophy cupcakes (life is better with cream cheese frosting you know) and Audrey's brother made the most awesome 'cake toppers' - crab people made from actual crab parts!
We set up a Fauxtobooth and it was a hit! To see the all of the Fauxtobooth pics, click here - you can right click your photo to save it!
I was so honored to be a part of your day Audrey & Erica - your love for each other and your friends/family is palpable and just plain wonderful!
